Yes, it will. I've been using it for quite a while. However the last 
install I did of Mandrake, I used the Graphical Lilo bootloader. There 
is also another really nice bootloader that can be downloaded. Wish I 
could remember the Name of it. If your interested search google or 
sourceforge.  
If you have a lot of system memory you might try Plex86, 
http://www.plex86.org , it is the opensource version of VMWare. This 
would eliminate the need to dual boot for windows and Linux only boxes. 
For each Virtual Machine ( ie: 80x86) you would want at least 128 meg of 
system ram.  Therefore, say you had Redhat as your host OS and Windows 
98, Windows 2000, and SUSE in simultaneously loaded VM's you should have 
512 Meg of System memory for decent performance. It work well for 
testing installation of various distributions of Linux and the once a 
year need for Windows (Tax time).
