[nflug] quick partition table mirroring

Individually I do partitions as such, with say /dev/sda1 mounted on 
/mnt/disk and say /dev/sdb1 /mnt/orig with "tar cf - .|cd /mnt/disk && 
tar xf -)" while in the /mnt/orig dir.
