[nflug] Seeking Solid Mail Hosting Provider

I am looking for recommendations on solid mail providers offering
secure POP/IMAP solutions, preferably with a re-seller option. We have
a few clients that are having difficulty with their current provider
reaching some of the more finicky ESP's (esp. Yahoo). Local is nice,
but not necessary. I am most concerned with reliability, security, and
price point.
