Hello list,

I'm in Friday the 13th trouble.


yesterday I restarted my debian etch workstation which has a pci scsi  
card booting a scsi hard drive... while I normally physically  
disconnect my Blackberry RIM from it's USB connection before I reboot,  
because udev complains  and the system boot halts, I neglected to  
disconnect the Blackberry this time until the system boot came to  
udevd and quickly realized I better disconnect it and did. The reason  
I mentioned the scsi card... usb tries to emulate my blackberry as a  
scsi device ...or something like that.

Now I cannot even log into single user mode, everything halts at udevd....

Please help I think Jason is sitting behind me with a machete, or at  
least I feel like it at this point.
