[nflug] kde/mouse pasting problem

I have a touchy touchpad on my notebook.  Sometimes when I'm clicking on
a field in firefox or Thunderbird, instead of just putting the input
cursor where the mouse pointer is (which is what I want), it inserts the
last thing from the clipboard.

How do I turn this off?

I took a look at klipper and it has this tab labeled Actions.  I have no
idea what it does, but it looked like it might be relevant.
