Analyst


Real
Info, Inc is looking for a full time Statistical Analyst with
programming experience and a strong background in Mathematics,
Statistics, and/or Economics. This person will be responsible for
model testing & evaluation, enhancements and development of
various valuation methodologies, researching academic papers on
hedonic, spatial and time series models and more. Past experience
with or knowledge of Real Estate data and markets is a plus, but not
necessary. The qualified candidate will work closely with our IT
department and executive team. 


Requirements:
MA/MS
	degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics and one year
	programming/modeling experience, or a Ph.D in one of these fields. 	
		Technical
	skills to handle large datasets using statistical software such as
	SAS or SPSS or R-Project.
	Familiarity
	with forecasting techniques.
	Good
	knowledge of Microsoft Excel,  Powerpoint and MySQL
	Programming
	experience with Perl or C++ or Java is a plus. 	
	Knowledge
	of Real Estate Markets is helpful but not required.
