[nflug] RHEL 5 Server & Intel Core 2 Duo Processor

OK, you have a smp kernel based on your uname output. 
What makes u think you aren't seeing both cores? If
it's "top",  hit "1" while in it to show all CPU's

cat /proc/cpuinfo should show them as well.
