[nflug] monitor bandwidth usage on a interface

If you're looking for a breakdown in amount of traffic or percentage of
traffic per IP address, you may want to look at using Netflow and
flow-tools. If you're looking for usage of traffic in and out, then I'd
recommend Cacti (http://www.cacti.net)

    Can someone recommend a tool to monitor bandwidth usage on a
network 
interface, I'm primarily looking to see usage by IP address.
