[nflug] printing

This printer is not connected locally, hence the reason I cannot "set" the
queue but rather connect to the queue the printer already has set within
itself.
I've never had any trouble printing with windows 2k/xp with ipp printing
(on 631), as long as you know the queue, no problem.
