not readily possible...  Intle boxes are not designed to withstand hardware failure in that sort of manner.  you can get around  it with service duplication and a heartbeat/loadbalancer..

it depends on waht EXACTLY you are trying to accomplish .  some apps are easily HA'able (webservers) whereas other things are not (app servers, esp when state needs to be taken into account)
