[nflug] VMWare Windows <-> Linux Time/Date Sync

Hi all!  Yet another one of my postings to the list :)

It appears as if the date/time in my CentOS 4.4 (both 32- and 64-bit installs) is out of sync with Windows XP's time and date.  Does anyone have a line to anhy information that I can use to correct this slight problem?
