[nflug] clones

I repartition a windows hard drive from 40 gb to 6gb in hopes of making
a smaller image to transfer across the network - hda1.
I'm not sure what happened but the when coping the partition to another
computers hard drive "hda" the system will not boot...

should I have created a partition called hda1 on the destination
computer of around 6gb and then tried to clone?
