ITN is holding a dinner and panel discussion to discuss that exact topic. 

We have gathered a group of experts from HR, Universities, Training
Providers and IT Managers who will discuss their point of view on the value
of certifications and then open up the discussion to the audience for
questions, comments and ideas.
