[nflug] verizon dsl and dns redirects

Has anyone else noticed that Verizon is now redirecting failed dns
queries to a Verizon branded search page? I just noticed this for the
first time this weekend and it's freaking annoying! Does anyone know of
an authority that people can complain to about this to force them to stop?
