I searched around a bit because this is something that I want to do also. 
With iptables it can be done in the MANGLE table:

Look about half-way down the page at "Packet Mangling". This is good for 
me because I have my phone-adapter behind a Linux firewall. But I couldn't 
find anything specific to your router. But maybe some of the terminology 
can get you in the right direction in your router manual.
