[nflug] cisco question 3825 router

You're giving an address group with three octets defined (10.40.40) but you're
telling it that the netmask is 255.255.0.0 which means that the whole 10.40.0.0
network should be routed.  This is why it's complaining about the
inconsistancy.  Do you mean that you only want 10.40.40.0 network routed and
all other 10.40 addresses not routed?  If so, you want a netmask of
255.255.255.0.
