[nflug] KDE Panel

I just reduced my screen resolution and my kde 3.1 is a little weird.  
There's a toolbar at the bottom of the screen that I think is called the 
kde panel.  Everything in it is still the way I want it, but I need to 
resize portions of it.  The clock portion is twice as wide as it needs 
to be, the windows list is too narrow, etc.

I seem to remember being able to click on something and just drag the 
edges of the sections to whatever size I wanted, but I can't find it 
now.  All I can get it to do is rearrange the order of the sections.

How do I fix this?
