[nflug] Sun rocket voip

Got it all sorted out.  I was misinformed by a SunRocket sales rep. 
(that's never happened before ;)    )
They do have 716 numbers and I'm signed up.  It'll be awhile till my DSL 
and VoIP are actually installed and working.  I'll have more to say then.
