[nflug] Sun rocket voip

I was just about all signed up when they told me my area code would be 
713 (supposedly still a local call - but everyone local would have to 
call me using 11 digits).  They don't have any (716)'s at this time.  So 
... I'm thinking it over again.
They beat the heck out of the others I've considered on price and features.
