[nflug] squirrelmail 1.4.5/sendmail problem

dovecot might be expecting an imap command after you connect to the
server. when i telnet to my imap port i get "* OK imap1 Cyrus IMAP4
v2.2.3 server ready" and is sits and waits for me to login.
