[nflug] sleuth kit and NSRL database

I'm about to install sleuth kit to help me recover files on hard drives
and floppies for people, and I am pretty sure I don't need the NSRL
database since I am not doing local law enforcement forensics, but does
anyone know if I did install the NSRL database would it help me to find
things quicker like Word documents ...I have never used either of these
programs, so I am not even sure these programs are what I want to use.
