[nflug] Verizon DSL

Thanks to those that replied. I am simply looking to save some money.
My cable bill is like 122/ month with only bronse programming and HSI.
I figure I can save about 40-50 per month going with verizon for HSI
and backing down my programing level on the ole tube. Just wanted to
be sure that DSL would be okay. I had read some confusing posts after
googling. seems some people had a horrible time getting DSL to work
with linux. yet others seemed to think it work out of the box. Just
wanted some local input. I appreciate it. I have had pretty poor luck
with adelphia anyways. My internet goes out at LEAST 3 times per
month. I've had all the cabling replaced... I had 3 different modems
installed. I have no idea why. It just plan is persnickety. I've had
long spells where e-mail simply doesn't work. ( 3-7 days ) They are
good with giving credit, but that isn't the point. I'm sure verison
has/will have issues too, but at least I'll be paying less for those
issues. Thanks again.

Dave
