[nflug] converging large mail files

Hi,

I'm trying to converge two email files one is 15mb and the other only 76kb.
I am pretty sure that if I use vi to open the larger file and then copy
it to the begining of the other smaller file that something bad will
happen or it will take a long long time to open, cause it's giantic. 
Would using some kind of emac command be a better solution?
