there are a few ways for you to approach this, an email alias, email 
list, and shared IMAP folders. the alias and mail list have already been 
touched upon, though i would not recommend majordomo for email list 
software.

depending on whether or not you are using IMAP you can use shared 
folders and lock them down with ACLs. if you're using the Cyrus IMAP 
server you can setup a shared folder and only allow read access for your 
users. i can't comment on whether other IMAP servers can do shared 
folder or not. i seem to recall the shared folder support in others 
being a hack :)
