[nflug] Hard Drive Recovery

Has anyone ever used one of these services? A company had one of the
drives die which held crucial data (sys admin doesnt know what the
word backup even means) and the drive wont spin up. I dont have time
to play with it and they just wanted to know what kind of companies do
this kind of stuff. Any names would be great!
