[nflug] Faxing and VOIP

Note:
I was talking about connecting to a Dial-UP ISP via my
Vonage line.  A bit silly given that I had a Broadband
connection, it was just to test the PC dialing to a
New ISP.

Side Note:  I have since moved her to a broadband
connection
