[nflug] Copy pop account email to another email address in QMAIL

These are already existing pop accounts. I only want to have a copy of the
email go somewhere else. I'd have to delete the existing pop account to
make it an alias, and then how does the user download their email. I'd
have to create a new pop account with a different name for them to get
their mail.
