[nflug] (Re)Installing Firefox, Thunderbird, and OOo under Kubuntu

Ubuntu has a backport repo this repo will have updated packages that the
newr version of ubuntu uses but will work with the older version that the
backport is for for example dapper-backport for dapper and edgy-backport for
edgy
