Well you won't be able to view websites with gstreamer...

The best thing for these sites is to edit your 
~/.mozilla/firefox/pluginreg.dat file and replace the instance of 
"Shockwave 7.0" with "Shockwave 9.0" so sites won't block you. Granted 
if it's using Flash 8 or 9 features they won't work with the Flash 7 
player, but it helps more than it hurts.
