[nflug] strange email problem

Hello All,
  I know there are some email guys on here. I am having some strange 
email problems on our server running sendmail. I have this one client 
(and most of the time she is typing in the wrong email address etc.) who 
gets alot of returned mail. I looked into this and see that the return 
emails always say "unbalanced". So I grepped my mail logs and searched 
for tensminger. tensminger at tmsi-logistics.com is a valid email address 
and this one has a few instances of returned mail, all showing this 
"unbalanced" in the return email. Below is the result of grepping the 
mail logs for tensminger and everywhere it shows "unbalanced" is when 
the email got returned. I am hoping some of you have seen this before or 
can give me a clue as to what is going on. Could it be a dns issue? Our 
server? A relaying server along the way? Their server? TIA
