Yes, it's called Gnash and it doesn't work very well.

Flash 7 is the official Linux version from Adobe. Flash 9 is the latest 
for Windows. They skipped Flash 8 for Linux to work on Flash 9, which 
isn't coming along too well. You can check the progress here -
