[nflug] rpc.mountd: getfh failed: Operation not permitted

I could map it from another server that had no mounts to the NFS box
currently, but any machines with existings mappings wouldn't map the new
share. I couldn't restart nfs or portmap because people had open files
until now (after work hours) This was a share I added. After a restart
of NFS and portmap it seems ok now. I guess I can add a share without
restarting NFS.
