[nflug] kde autostart

 From reading some kde docs, I knew that putting stuff in my 
~/.kde/Autostart directory would 
cause applications to be automatically loaded into my kde desktops when 
kde starts.

For a long time, I just couldn't get this to work right.  I finally 
figured it out and if anyone is interested, I will post the script.
I know that this list has a lot of gnome fans on it.
