Converting a Windoze domain to SMB

All I can remember with Samba PDC is that kerberos and authentication is 
sticky if you have never done an ADS before.  I'm going to follow this 
thread as I'd like to do it here, but have nil experience with ADS, 
kerberos and authentication of computers and users.
