usb thumdrive mount in knoppix

If the media isn't write protected, make sure it's not mounted read only..
Type mount and the last entry on every line is either (rw) for read-write or
(ro) for read only.

If it's mounted read-only, run this command to make it writable-

mount -o remount,rw /device/name
