[nflug] Internet latency

I just use bind setup as a caching nameserver with forwarders.  I'm currently
using the following forwarders (you could just use these in /etc/resolve.conf
if you don't want to run a caching nameserver):

forwarders {
                68.168.224.178;
                68.168.224.179;
        };
