Startup Circket...

I did all this but ui and summed it down to teh powersuplly is fucked
because i smell burining and of burning out type start ups and then it
not startingh up at all. Current in there is a 200W psu. i have 2
cdrom (one just had broke so i put the 2nd in to test the 1st) 2 hd
the mobo and 1 pci card. Getting a 300w asap Thanks
