Get a jabber client (gaim may do this, depending upon which
version you have) and use a jabber->aim gateway.
Take a look at http://web.amessage.info/firewalled/ for information on
how to get jabber messages past the firewall.
Oh yes, and hope your boss doesn't read this list <grin>
