This is a Debian error that means you have not installed or setup Locales.  do
an apt-cache search for locale and en_US.  I get this everytime as well under
Sarge but it does not mean the app is not working just some env variables need
more configuring AFAIK.  I honestly have yet to try to get rid of the message.
