PHP Mail Programs

I've been pretty pleased with Cyrusoft's (now ISAMET's) SilkyMail:

It comes with its own pre-configured Apache browser plus PHP 3, so setting it up 
is pretty easy, and you don't have to hunt all over the place for plugins. I've 
never tried installing it into an already running web browser, though.
