sounds like a conflict, check out /proc/interrupts, even though it
should be able to share the irq.
I just checked online and found the manual for that, I will forward it
to your other address. It shows that card has all sorts of jumpers
(typical isa stuff) and it also shows that you set the irq with a jumper
and it also shows that irq 11 is the default, check your jumpers
