Firefox delays

Okay, after reading these messages, I, too, have realized that my better half 
and I both have these very same problems under Windows.  However, I use 
Mozilla on my Aurora Linux box (the Sun Ultra 5 I have here  at home) and do 
not see any problems with page loads whatsoever.
