Gnome default apps problem

I am running a Fedora 3 with KDE and Gnome both
loaded. I  prefer Gnome and use that 100% of time. I
noticed though in my menus when I click the on the
redhat all my apps in accessories, internet etc are
KDE apps and not Gnome apps. I never seen this happen
before. Usually when I use Gnome I just see Gnome
apps. How do I switch all my apps to Gnome instead of
KDE?
