That doesn't read like a general observation. That's what I was 
responding to. I misunderstood the intent, the discussion had moved on.
I'm very sorry to hear about your mom. One reason I want to get my mom 
online is that she's getting ... heck she is old, and she'd like to keep 
in touch with a few people. I really am sorry, after all the help and 
support you've given, I was out of line.
