Photo Management Soft

While I have been stuck at my windoze desktop here at work I tried
some nice software from google called Picasa2. This is just what I
have been looking for to help me manage my thousands of photos. One
problem though...I dont use windoze at home :( So does anyone know of
any software like Picasa (manage,view,edit,crop,thumbnail) for linux.
I know I could do the editing stuff in gimp but I want one all in one
package. I have searched but my results have not been good.
