[nflug] Southtowns mini-meetings?

More for my son. He inherited his grandfather's rigs, and he's pretty 
interested, just not enough room for the setup yet. Hence double duty. 
He needs an "Elmer" (is that the right term?) as I'm pretty clueless 
when it comes to radio.
