Side Work - PHP/MySQL

Anyone out there have some spare time to take on a small project?  The 
customer wants to have a site like http://www.craigslist.org but for the 
Buffalo area (Classified ads).  He's already bought a php web app for 
this, but it needs some tweaking to fit his needs.  I've looked at the 
code, and found it to be lacking in several areas, and talked to him 
about the possibility of building this app from the ground up, and he's 
open to that idea too.  I just have way too many side jobs going on
