k3b wont burn unless ran with sudo privs

Well guys (and gals) I switched back to FC3. Just for the record I
sometimes get bored and switch for a day then come back (some sort of
Linux A.D.D). Since im back in FC3 (fully updated) I have been trying
to burn cds with k3b and it keeps erroring out. Unless I run it with
sudo (sudo k3b). Then it works fine...any clues how to fix this? it
cannot mk the iso or burn it.
