Fedora 3 grub/boot

I setup dual boot win/fedora 3 on second HDD for my GF
kids because of spyware and intrusive porn pops  etc..
My question is how do I get rid of the Press any key
to enter menu  and have  the normal win2000, fedora 3
menu to appear so they are not confused when they boot
to choose either? Pete I know you are the grub guru
anny suggestions? Thanks
