Wireless?

What wireless network cards have any of you personally used with linux and how complex was their set-up?

I have been using the Zonet wireless PCI card (8180 Realtek chipset) with my redhat 9 system with mixed results. Some people I recommend this card to are able to set it up with no problem while other people require a visit. I really liked this card because it is so cost effective about $30.00 but sometimes I feel you get what you pay for.
